Returns & Exchanges

Size exchanges are available, subject to the following conditions.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The requested size must be available in stock.

An unboxing video is required to process all exchange requests.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was sent.

A repacking fee of IDR 10,000 applies to each exchange request.
